The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require a delay of 15 to 20 working days by our team. This depends on the address where your package is sent. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

We can accept a return only in case of a proven defect in the product. Our items are subjected to very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to “contact@arinscooptics.com” along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
